Yes! We offer COD islandwide across Sri Lanka. For orders over LKR 50,000 delivery is completely free. Orders under that amount may have a small courier fee depending on your location.
Absolutely. Our showroom is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM at No.91A, Marikkar Street, Dharga Town, Aluthgama. You can inspect the hardware in person and get expert advice before purchasing.
We dispatch all orders same-day if placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays. Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. Colombo and Western Province orders often arrive next day.
All products come with a minimum 1-year official dealer warranty. We also offer free remote setup support and hassle-free swap for defective units. Contact us on WhatsApp for any warranty claims.
Yes — we provide free remote setup and configuration for all POS systems, receipt printers, and barcode scanners purchased from us. On-site installation is available in Aluthgama and surrounding areas.
